Each class will be a mix of a small amount of theory, technical details and a practical part where the students will study the details of five new asanas each session, and refresh their knowledge of the asanas studied in the previous session.
In the final session, Drazen Milosevic will guide the students through a full one hour practice that will give them confidence for their self practice at home or next class in the studio.

  • Yoga and Meditation
  • Principals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
  • Ujjayi Breathing
  • 28 beginner positions for one hour practice, including:
    1. Breathing pattern,
    2. Warm up asanas,
    3. Heating up the body,
    4. Shoulder opening asanas,
    5. Balancing positions
    6. Seated asanas,
    7. Upper body twists
    8. Hip openers
    9. Inversion positions
    10. Shavasana – total relaxation
