Each class will be a mix of a small amount of theory and a practical part where the students will study the details of five new asanas each session, and refresh their knowledge of the asanas studied in the previous session.
In the final session, Drazen will guide the students through a full one hour practice that will give them confidence for their self practice at home or next class in the studio.
